This Refund Policy explains how RepairTicket Solutions handles free trials, monthly and yearly subscriptions, automatic renewal, cancellation timing, and billing review requests for our cloud-based SaaS platform.

RepairTicket Solutions is a subscription-based digital software service operated by ECHAGUE IT SOLUTIONS (EIS). By purchasing a plan, you agree to the billing and cancellation terms described on this page.

RepairTicket Solutions is a cloud SaaS product. There are no physical goods, no shipping returns, and no warehouse deliveries involved in any subscription purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

Because RepairTicket Solutions is a cloud-based software service with digital account access and immediate feature availability, refunds and cancellations are handled according to plan type, billing cycle, and usage stage.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers so they can evaluate the platform before entering a paid subscription cycle.

  • No refund applies to the free trial because no paid billing has yet been consumed
  • Once a paid plan begins, the subscriber becomes subject to the rules on this Refund Policy page

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. The first paid month is considered the initial billing commitment for the monthly subscription.

Monthly Billing Rules

  • The current active monthly billing period is non-refundable
  • A subscriber must complete the first paid month before requesting end-of-cycle cancellation
  • No refund will be issued for the month currently being used
  • If a request is approved after the first paid month, access continues until the end of the already-paid cycle
  • The next renewal will then be cancelled so no additional monthly charge is collected

In simple terms, this means the subscriber keeps access through the end of the paid month already covered, but the upcoming renewal will be stopped after approval of the cancellation request.

4. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscription plans are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once a yearly plan is purchased and activated, the payment is final
  • No full, partial, or prorated refund will be issued for unused months within the yearly term
  • A subscriber may still request cancellation of future yearly renewal, but the current yearly payment remains non-refundable

5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

RepairTicket Solutions uses recurring billing for applicable monthly and yearly subscriptions. Unless cancelled, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of the billing term.

  • Approved cancellation requests are applied to stop future recurring charges
  • Cancellation of automatic renewal may be processed through the applicable payment provider, including PayPal and 2Checkout / Verifone
  • Once cancellation is applied, access continues only until the end of the already-paid billing period
  • No future renewal should be expected after cancellation is confirmed

6. How to Request Billing Review or Cancellation

To request a billing review or end-of-cycle cancellation, contact us using the support information below and include the following where possible:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your business or subscriber account name
  • Your invoice, transaction, or subscription reference
  • A short explanation of your request

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for the following situations:

  • The current active monthly billing period already being used
  • Any yearly subscription plan
  • Failure to cancel before renewal while the subscription remained active
  • Subscriber-side issues such as internet problems, browser problems, internal staff misuse, or unsupported third-party environments
  • Temporary maintenance, short interruptions, feature adjustments, or service updates that do not amount to permanent non-delivery
  • Fraudulent activity, abuse, policy violations, or misuse of the service

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it quickly. Filing an unnecessary chargeback without contacting support first may delay account review and may lead to temporary service restriction while the dispute is investigated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect legal, billing, technical, or operational changes. When we do, the updated version becomes effective once it is published on this page.
