In simple terms, ginagawa niyang isang malinis na system ang dati mong halo-halong notebook, messenger chat, at spreadsheet.
Lahat ng tickets, devices, parts, payments, at customer history naka-log sa iisang workspace, with clear status kung nasaan na ang bawat unit — mula check-in hanggang pick-up.

Habang lumalaki ka, hindi mo na kailangang magpalit ng system — you can add more staff logins or even another branch workspace.
Yes, RepairTicket Solutions is a cloud-based web app. Kailangan mo lang ng stable connection similar sa ginagamit mo sa Facebook, YouTube, or GCash.
Ang advantage: kahit nasa ibang lugar ka, puwede mong i-check ang tickets, sales, at inventory ng shop mo in real time.
Walang per-user fee. You can create logins for owner, manager, technician, cashier etc., basta within reasonable usage for one shop.
May role-based permissions para hindi lahat may access sa settings, pricing, o sensitive reports.
Repair shops don’t need Starter vs Pro vs Enterprise confusion. Kadalasan gusto mo lang ng stable, secure system na kumpleto na sa tickets, POS, inventory, customers, at basic reports.
Kaya isang plan lang, may predictable yearly cost: ₱7,800 per workspace (₱650 / month equivalent).
Wala. Walang setup fee, walang per-ticket, per-device, or per-customer charge. Isang yearly subscription lang for your workspace.
In the future, kung magdagdag man ng optional add-ons (e.g. SMS sending cost), malinaw iyong hiwalay at optional.
Subscription is billed annually via PayPal. You can request cancellation so you won’t be billed on the next cycle. Walang long-term penalty contract.
Makukuha mo pa rin ang export ng important data (tickets, customers, etc.) bago completely isara ang workspace.
You can create additional workspaces, each with its own subscription.

Separate database bawat branch, kaya hindi nagmi-mix ang tickets at inventory per location.
Every subscriber gets a separate database and its own subdomain. Walang cross-tenant joins, kaya hindi pwedeng maghalo ang data ng ibang shop sa iyo.
Parang magkakahiwalay na mini-system per branch, pero under one hardened codebase.
Logins use hashed passwords, role-based access, and CSRF-protected forms. Deployed only over HTTPS with SSL.
For subscription payments, we use PayPal, so card details never touch our servers.
Walang naka save na payment card information sa database kasi Paypal handles the payments Kaya secured ang card information nyo.
System-level admins can see basic metrics and server logs for maintenance and support, pero hindi ito ginagamit para ibenta or i-share ang data mo.
Design ng system is per-sub isolation by default.
Yes, we maintain scheduled backups for each subscribers. May separation between production databases and backup storage, para may extra safety net.
